Terms of Submission

All event submissions will be reviewed before being made public. Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com) reserves the right to deny any submission. Submissions deemed racist, sexist, hateful, disrespectful or generally nasty, will NOT be approved.  

Fees: All tickets are subject to 10% processing fee and $2.00 flat fee, which is paid by the ticket purchaser at the time of purchasing the ticket. These fees are non-refundable. These fees pay the cost of processing the financial transactions and ongoing software fees. These fees are automatically calculated at the time of checkout and paid for by the ticket purchaser, NOT the event promoter. 

Payout Method: Once you submit this form your event will be reviewed. Upon approval, Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com) will contact you to determine the payout method of your choice.  

Payout Options: Direct Deposit, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. (No Checks or Cash) Electronic Payout Methods Only. Any fees charged by these 3rd party organizations or your financial institution to transfer money to your account are NOT the responsibility of Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com). 

Final Payout Percentage: Event Promoter will receive 100% of revenue from ticket sales, upon successful completion of an event. Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com) will NOT retain any portion of the publicly advertised ticket prices. 100% of the funds from the publicly advertised ticket price will be distributed to the Official Financial Recipient designated by the responsible party. 

Payout Schedule Breakdown: 50% of each ticket sold is paid out to Event Promoter within 72 hours of time that a ticket has been purchased. Upon successful completion of the event the remaining 50% of all ticket sales will be electronically transferred to the designated financial recipient named by the Event Promoter within 72 hours of successful completion of the event. 

Refund Amount: 100% of ticket purchase amount (minus all processing fees and flat rate) will be refunded to the payment method used to originally purchase the ticket(s). No Cash or Checks will be issued. 

Event Cancellation Notification: If for ANY REASON, whatsoever, the event is canceled, Event Promoter must immediately notify Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com). As soon as notification of cancellation has been received, ticket sales will be stopped, and refunds issued to ticket holders.  Event Promoter must immediately return any and all funds, including fees, equal to the amount previously paid out to the Event Promoter for the now cancelled event. Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com) is NOT responsible for any fees, funds or money previously paid to Event Promoter. Event promoter is ultimately responsible to refund all ticket sales to ticket purchasers. 

Event Postponement: If for ANY REASON, whatsoever, the event is postponed, Event Promoter must immediately notify Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com). As soon as notification of postponement has been received, Event Date for ticket sales will be changed, ticket purchasers will be given an option to receive a refund (minus fees), or have their ticket honored on the newly established event date. Event Promoter must immediately return all funds, including fees, equal to the amount previously received by the Event Promoter to refund to any ticket holders that elect to receive a refund.  

Cancellations, Postponements and Refunds: If for any reason, the event is cancelled by the promoter, venue, artists, act of nature, or for any reason at all, Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com) is NOT responsible for any fees, funds or money previously paid to Event Promoter. Event promoter is ultimately responsible for any and all costs associated with refunding all ticket sales to ticket purchasers.  Lighting Heart Productions, LLC (D.B.A. SoundboardStreams.com) is NOT responsible for any injuries, debt, legal proceedings, lawsuits or any other damages as a result of the cancellation or postponement.
